Piedmont Natural Gas celebrated the 2012 holiday season with its second-annual Week of Giving, beginning Monday, Dec. 3. During this weeklong celebration, Piedmont employees are volunteering at and collecting items for nonprofit organizations in the Charlotte area, as well as encouraging everyone in community to join in giving back to those who may be struggling during the holiday season.
Piedmont volunteers and donors helped such organizations as Toys for Tots, Operation North State, the Hospitality House of Charlotte, Second Harvest Food Bank, A Child's Place, YWCA Central Carolinas and Crisis Assistance Ministry.
